Zoom To Element Example Crashes Webpage

Trying out Zoom To Element example causes webpage to crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to example
2. Try to use example
3. Webpage is no longer responsive

Expected behavior
The example should zoom to elements as expected.

After further investigation I found that there are two urls that point to the same example, one of them crashes the webpage and the other does not.
This one crashes the webpage.
This one does NOT crash the webpage.
