[Bug]: doing completions call with "azure/gpt-5.2-chat" and "azure/gpt-5.1-chat" showing provider message

Could you clarify what "provider message" you're seeing? The issue body shows an image but no error text.

Also, what are the exact model names you're using? Are you using:

• azure/gpt-5.2-chat and azure/gpt-5.1-chat (with -chat suffix)
• Or azure/gpt-5.2 and azure/gpt-5.1 (standard)

If you're adding the -chat suffix, that might not be a recognized Azure deployment name. The standard Azure GPT-5 models are gpt-5, gpt-5.1, gpt-5.2, etc.

Can you share:

1. The exact error/warning message (text, not screenshot)
2. Your LiteLLM config or code snippet
3. What you expected to happen

@Sameerlite getting provider list message in red with each api call, everything works buy these seems to be unnecessary message.
