What Nebraska accesses

Nebraska sends standard HTTP GET requests to publicly accessible URLs — the same URLs any web browser can visit. It does not:

  • Authenticate or attempt logins
  • Access private, protected, or restricted content
  • Bypass security measures, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits
  • Intercept, modify, or inject traffic
  • Store or transmit personal data to third parties

The results reflect only what is publicly visible on the internet.
