let's remove auto-scroll on a mobile app chat page

currently when user gets a response from ai in omi chat, it auto-scrolls as more response was generated. It's bad

Instead, the auto-scroll should be completelely removed after user has sent a message.

Also, whenever AI writes a new line, the chat moves by 1 line. Let's remove chat auto-movement (even if it's by 1 line)- it should be static so that user could read the start of the message easily

@beastoin Sir, I have almost fixed the issue last night. The problem was caused by using reverse: true, which always tries to push the response text downward and makes the behavior impossible to control. I’ve removed reverse and updated the provider logic accordingly. Now I just need to checkk the desktop chat, since the provider changes may cause the desktop view to appear reversed or incorrect.

I like this experience in the chatgpt app, it scrolls to the top, so users can view the chat’s initial text without scrolling.
