hi all, omi transcription just received a significant infrastructure update. i anticipate a 35% improvement in transcription quality, a 55% increase in speed, no more lag during the first 30 seconds of connections, and no more connection drops during conversations.

additionally, you now have the option to control the quality of the transcription service by opting out of translation if it's not needed. Check Settings > Profile > Language. you can also enhance the transcription by setting your custom vocabulary to help the transcription engine understand specific names, terms, and uncommon words via Settings > Profile > Custom Vocabulary.
