App works, but shows an error when not connect over wifi to robot.

The product's primary functions are not useable. The issue was observed on the following devices running OS build 22631.3737

Unusable Feature: The product shows an error(The sempal timeout period expired) when trying to run the neural networks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the product.
2. Create the neural networks.
3. Click the Play button.
4. Notice that the error(The sempal timeout period expired) displayed on the top left corner.

Tested devices: Dell Inspiron 12-5280
