Improve select account dialog

Switch/Select account. Verbiage/flow could be clarified? A user may think they are registering a new account on chain vs them just selecting a "new" account to pull up within Astro UI.

Now using a react-window List in the select account dialog, enabling you to scroll through far more existing accounts.
