Deployment of the template Azure resources fails during setting of the vectorEmbeddingPolicy

Hi -

Deploying the template Azure resources via azd up command fails with the following error message:

Property vectorEmbeddingPolicy is not supported with API Version: 2024-05-15

It appears that the API version for the database needs to be updated...
