Tuple Index Out Of Range with Windows Executable

Experienced an issue just like issue at link: #173 while using the Windows Executable version of the script.
Fix listed in issue does not work as .exe file is unable to be edited.
Using V0.4.1-post1. Have checked google and other sources, fix is to edit source code it seems.

IndexError: tuple index out of range is an issue where the downloader tries to access audio on videos with no audio
