Hello,
I have never seen any plugin as feature rich as this one, i love this plugin because its nearly all you need.
Just 1 thing i couldnt find any plugin for is to disable incoming player messages personally, like chat is going to fast to read the rules or helppages. Could you add something like /quiet or chattoggle that blocks all player chat messages? (maby not for the staff and private msg?)
