Steps to reproduce:

• Open https://www.audiokit.io/AudioKit/documentation/audiokit
• Filter for 'md5'

Expected result:

• AVAudioPCMBuffer is shown under Extensions as in documentation built by Xcode

Acutal result:

• All extensions are missing

I would like to link from Contributing.md to md5() as well as to the audition() instance method.
