[bug] openinference-instrumentation-llama-index: Unhandled event of type WorkflowStepOutputEvent

LlamaIndex Workflows introduces several new Events:

This is a known issue and there's already a fix in progress! PR #2908 was opened on March 23 to add handlers for:

• WorkflowStepOutputEvent
• WorkflowRunOutputEvent
• SpanCancelledEvent

The PR is currently waiting on companion PRs in the llama_index and workflows-py repositories before it can be merged.

In the meantime, these warnings are informational and won't prevent the instrumentation from working for other supported event types.
