1.21.8 and 1.12.10 versions are already supported, so why not 1.21.9

1.21.10 is completely identical to 1.21.9 outside of 7 bugs being fixed. You should use 1.21.10, and if for some reason you have another mod that only works on 1.21.9 you should urge them to update instead.
