[Feature]: Simplify first prompt sharing #140
Description
Problem Statement
As a user I would like to contribute a single prompt but today I need to create a repository, do a scaffolding and then create a collection for this single prompt
Proposed Solution
We could have a community repository added to the hub that will allow anyone to contribute but be clear that those are not officially validated.
Still the need for a collection file might be there to have the owner and purpose description of it.
