The game no longer works on my pc with dgvoodoo2 so this was a relief to find.
The game works just like it did with dgvodoo2 but I'm forced to play in window mode as the game crashes/freezes on launch in full screen mode.
Vsync works, which the game really needs and the cutscenes have this strange constant frame pacing issues/skipping/stutter which also happens or happened when using dgvoodoo2 but its not a big deal.
By default the game should open if you got windows 10 but if you own an nvidia gpu this dx8 game in particular and maybe others wont recognize vsync or the fps limiter (if it does for u that's great but it didn't for me, I keep my stuff updated so maybe that's why) which was the main reason I used dgvodoo2.
Graphically I think everything looks how it should but I don't remember if it looked any different with dgvooodo2 but when swapping between d8vk and default everything looks the same... I think :)
