Management WebUI

Ideally we'll add a Management WebUI to allow users to do the following:

Stage 1:
Adjust Global Volume
Password on Management WebUI

Stage 2:
Change Music or Radio Station*
Update scheduling for Music or Radio Station*

Stage 3:
Change Paging Tone

Stage 4:
Update SIP account details

*This enhancement awaits completion of issue #3, once that issue is complete, this enhancement can be worked on.

Continuing from comment on #4...

And as this issue seem to be very much related to #4 - "scheduling" should probably be done in some WebUI - I think these are different kind of job as well, for which you'd probably be better off finding some webdev person, I prefer to steer clear of "webui" stuff.

Also, there are crapton of web and gui interfaces for mpd, and given that it's the player of choice, might be faster to just grab any of these and adapt to display playlist tabs and statuses for diff players or such, not build one from scratch, though latter should probably yield better results quality-wise.
