Improvement for checklists - Add information about what PCIe tests require a endpoint device that supports specific feature

There is a common question: Does a given test require an endpoint device with specific feature support? For example, does the PCI_PP_04 test (818) requires endpoint devices that support P2P?
It would be helpful to have a place (in checklist?) to clearly indicate this information so partners can quickly check.
Probably, we already have this information. We added “Exerciser VIP required” to the tests that requires endpoints. If so, can we update the comment to clarify that the test requires either exerciser or endpoint?
