Migrate to new Keychain type #699
Description
There are two types of keychains: file-based keychain and data protection keychain. The former is the old one, the latter is the new one. The macOS login keychain is file-based. The iCloud keychain is of data protection type. In TN3137, Apple recommends migrating to the newer, data protection, type of keychain.
